Doctor's Office
Several doctors in Kern County have donated pieces of equipment to prepare this building as a doctor's office from the late 1800s. The furnishings include a roll top desk, an operating table, an X-Ray machine, a glass cabinet with surgical instruments, a microscope, and a doctor's bag.
HISTORY:
This building, originally located in McKittrick, was an early day residence dating back to 1900. The building was donated by H. L. Goforth in 1957 and was dedicated on December 4, 1960.
