sheepherdercabin: Sheepherder Cabin

Tom Quinn raised sheep in the foothills east and north of Delano on his father's (Harry Quinn) ranch. This cabin was built in 1906 to house the sheepherder who followed his flock. Designed to be mobile, it is equipped with skids to be pulled by horses.

HISTORY:
The cabin was given to the museum in 1960 by Tom Quinn.
